Genesis happens to be the first book of the Bible when God’s voice spoke creation into existence, breathing essence into our souls. We have the ability to speak things into existence as well. This means we have the power to recreate ourselves. I imagine the creation of new neurons appearing and rebuilding a mind that has been destroyed. A wave of sorrow summons a wave of resilience as we transform our perspectives, even in the midst of a cPTSD episode (which inspired me to write this post).

So when I think about “Neurogenesis,” I think about “a new beginning” as well as remembering who we are. The transformation transcends the physiological, leaving room for the unknown and unseen realm to facilitate further development – that’s where faith comes in.

Rebirth.
Rejuvenation.
Creation.
Innovation.

In order for a building to be remodeled, it had to be broken down first. I’m not saying that the abuse was acceptable. We have no choice but to make the best out of what we have, including the things that didn’t work in our favor or events that were meant to destroy us. Unhealed traumas causes the psyche to break into pieces, but those broken pieces leave room for new brain activity to emerge, creating an extremely resilient human being. Just like how your body becomes immune after overcoming a viral illness, the same thing applies to abuse survivors who master self-healing. The problem is, many don’t believe it can be done because that self-defeating program has been implanted and drilled into them. It is hard to break out of it. Their Will has been weakened by the soulless ones. However, those with fortitude who are still standing must speak up and share their light with others.

The soulless ones have broken down our temple (mind, body, spirit), thinking we’d never get up to overturn those curses and use the “spiritual demolition” they aimed at us to our advantage. We remodeled our temple after they tried to destroy us, and they are left perplexed, wondering how and why.

That is the power of divine wisdom ✨️ and the depth of the subconscious mind, which houses our intuition.

How did we use their attacks against us to our advantage?

By “taking advantage of our disadvantages,” as a wise man said to me long time ago. We’ve also heard of this phrase, “What the enemy used against me, God turned it around for my good.” All of that will only gave God plenty of opportunities to rebuild us again, each and every time they tried to destroy us. This happens when you have a good heart and  uphold truth and justice. Neurogenesis can restore the mind, but we have to believe that it can be done and never give up on ourselves. Delete those negative mantras from your abusers and create your own future. Make it something worth living and allow your life to become an inspiring testimony that will awaken others to their power.

What if we use our thoughts, artistic expressions, and spoken words to not allow negative energy to have dominion over our emotions and mental state?

All those brain-damaging thoughts instilled by your abusers were intended to reduce you, but that only works when you don’t know who you are. It’s time to empower yourself by creating new neural pathways by getting knowledge-of-self, extracting wisdom from past mistakes, and preserving your light. Find something you’re passionate about and invest into perfecting it. A multitude of new neurons will emerge and fight for your life. You will be made into “a new creature.”

You are not what you were before.

Your traumas do not define you.

You will become indestructible as you have the willpower to continue, despite the heartaches and setbacks.

A recent study confirms that neurogenesis can go well into adulthood. It doesn’t stop until the day you get honorably discharged from the Earth, so there’s no such thing as “being too old to learn.”

The soulless ones only exist in this physical plane of existence, and when we vibrate higher, we become more at peace. Spiritual growth, along with the power of the mind, will make you a powerful force that the darkness will tremble at because you refuse to be broken down. Our lives are eternal, and there’s nothing the evil can do about that. We govern our mind, body, and soul the same way God has dominion over the universe.

Life exists inside of you. Every cell works hard for you to exist. Your heart pumps blood 60 – 100 beats per minute, keeping you alive. Aging is a beautiful thing when you’re constantly building yourself up and experiencing life the way you should – with fulfillment and purpose.

You can’t be stopped.
Your growth is untapped.
Science and spirituality say so.
