This modern age, with the spread of narcissism and toxic ideologies, has made many people unattractive and they don’t even realize it because they have their minds focusing on the wrong things.

They’ve been conditioned to hyperfixate primarily on outer appearance so much so that they never thought it’d be necessary to cultivate substance.

That’s because they don’t value it. This broken society took away the incentive to strive to do better, when anyone can be rewarded without having to do anything meaningful or respectable.

It takes a strong minded individual to set the standard and abide by that standard to protect their energy from low-quality experiences. It takes a strong mind to be different from the rest of the world, to be set apart from the toxic ideologies of this society.

The modern mindset can’t seem to grasp the full scope of beauty and how deep it truly goes. Appearance is the attention-getter but what keeps the reader interested in listening and engaging?

Your mindset has to be just as attractive. Your energy, personality, and solid character are irreplaceable. Anyone who doesn’t see that kind of value in you is simply someone who may not be compatible with you, they may be immature, or they’re unable to truly “see you,” causing them to overlook you because their values don’t align with yours.

And that’s OK.

Being overlooked or rejected in that case, is a sign that it’s time to redirect your focus back to you and your purpose. You didn’t lose anything or anyone if their values don’t align with yours, and most importantly if they’re not walking in truth, seeking what you’re seeking.
