I absolutely do not want to waste any more energy. You reach this point especially when you’ve already given so much to individuals God allowed you to cross paths with. Those experiences can either be good or bad; whichever it was determines what happens to them after interacting with a chosen one / earth angel / high-vibrational being.

When you know you’ve done more than what was required of you, you don’t allow any amount of gaslighting to control you because you know that you didn’t have to do all that.

You did a lot for people because it’s just in your nature to go out of our way to make things better. You’ve already learned from the countless times that people have misused and exploited your empathy, that your empathy gets burned-out overtime, and you start setting stronger boundaries and choosing not to be bothered.

At this stage, manipulative people will try to villianize you, saying all kinds of bad things about you that should make you chuckle at this point because you know how much energy you’ve contributed and the amount of empathy you’ve overextended. The smear campaign becomes laughable when you know yourself and you’re very aware of how much you’ve done for them, and for them to try to play that reverse or dark psychology on you, says a lot. It further confirms why you should  keep those boundaries solid.

Manipulative people will go to great lengths to restore a connection that was draining you; because most of your relationships, friendships, etc, that you’ve had, have usually consisted of individuals who simply wanted to exploit and use you like their personal battery to charge them up, only to turn around and act like you never existed. That is what narcissists do, and in today’s day and age most people are very narcissistic.

So when you know yourself well, you know not to fall for the guilt trips and the blame shifts. You become aware of how much they’ve been weaponizing your empathy. You get burned enough to see it – it gets to a point where you can no longer deny it. You would have to be delusional to keep denying the reality that is slapping you right across your face. Once you know the truth and acknowledge it, you then have to detach and move accordingly.

You know yourself enough to know that no one,  (not a narcissist, not a manipulative f*ck) can tell you that you never did anything for them especially when you’ve been through a lot yourself and you still had the heart to help others; because most people today don’t give a f*ck.

So when you have a high level of empathy, you know you’re not a bad person, you know how much of an asset you’ve been to others – only a manipulative f*ck would try to gaslight you into thinking otherwise because they want to extract more from you. That is what they call an energetic parasite, and you don’t need to waste any more of your time and effort on them.

Once you begin to have a keen eye for detecting these intense “energy extractions,” then you know not to fall for that trap.

• You don’t need to explain sh*t that should already be understood.

• You don’t need to keep repeating yourself to people committed to misunderstanding you, especially when they smeared your name.

• You don’t have to participate in those types of mind games.

Life is bigger than that. You have the power to cut certain people off, and move on to the next phase, investing into your own growth unapologetically and in silence with God in your life.

You don’t have to broadcast every move you make, just make it happen. I hope all is well with you all. Be selective with your empathy, and protect your energy.
